Mongoose Karyology

We collected blood samples from 13 mongoose (2 males and 3 females from Mahogany Road, and 7 males [1 subadult] and 1 female; see map below) on Thursday 5 August at approximately 5:00 pm and brought them back to the lab and set up 23 WBC cultures on Saturday 7 August at 12:00 pm. Cells were harvested on Tuesday 9 August at 12:00 pm. Below are links to pages with chromosome spreads.
